
Member Code of Conduct
1. Honesty and Transparency
Members agree to provide accurate information regarding project needs, timelines, property conditions, and expectations. Truthful communication ensures proper pricing, better planning, and superior results.
2. Respectful Communication
Members commit to maintaining professional and respectful communication with suppliers, support staff, and project specialists. Professional interactions create a positive and productive experience for everyone involved.
3. Proper Use of Membership Benefits
Members agree to use club pricing, supplier access, and discounts exclusively for their own approved home projects. Membership benefits must not be shared, transferred, or used for commercial or unauthorized purposes.
4. Responsible Appointment and Project Management
Members agree to honor appointments, provide timely responses, communicate changes promptly, and respect the time and resources of Approved Suppliers and support teams.
5. Safe and Ethical Requests
Members will not request or encourage suppliers to perform unsafe, unlicensed, non-permitted, or code-violating work under any circumstances.
6. Compliance With Legal and Local Requirements
Members are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals unless otherwise arranged with the supplier. Compliance with city, state, federal, and HOA guidelines is expected at all times.
7. Zero Tolerance for Abuse or Misconduct
Any attempt to misuse pricing, misrepresent project details, intimidate or harass suppliers or staff, or engage in fraudulent behavior may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.
Supplier Code of Conduct
1. Professional Excellence and Quality
Suppliers agree to deliver workmanship and service that represent the highest standards in the home improvement industry. All work must comply with manufacturer guidelines, building codes, and industry best practices.
2. Transparent and Honest Pricing
Suppliers agree to honor club pricing without hidden fees or unethical upselling. Any additional costs must be clearly explained and approved by the member before work begins.
3. Licensing, Insurance, and Qualifications
Suppliers must maintain all required licenses, certifications, and insurance. Only trained, qualified professionals are permitted to perform work on behalf of the company.
4. Respectful, Reliable Communication
Suppliers agree to communicate clearly, arrive on time, notify members of schedule changes, provide realistic timelines, and conduct themselves with professionalism throughout the project.
5. Safety and Property Protection
Suppliers must follow strict safety protocols, maintain a clean and protected jobsite, and safeguard the member’s property at all times. Safety is always the top priority.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All member information is confidential. Suppliers agree not to share, sell, or misuse personal or project information for any purpose outside the approved job.
7. Zero Tolerance for Misconduct
Dishonesty, unsafe practices, harassment, discrimination, or any attempt to manipulate pricing or member information will result in immediate removal from the Approved Supplier Network.
