Home Improvement Buying Club is a membership based buying program that provides homeowners with access to insider pricing, consultation services and purchasing guidance. We are not a retailer or contractor. We do not install products and we do not guarantee product availability, timelines or installation services.
3. Membership Access
Membership levels, benefits and pricing may change at any time. Access to insider pricing, guidance or vendor networks is granted only while your membership is active. Membership includes the conditional 30-day membership refund offer described in Section 12.
Members are responsible for verifying that chosen products, materials and specifications meet their needs. Home Improvement Buying Club does not accept responsibility for measurements, installation errors, contractor work or suitability of selected products.
4. Consultations
Consultations are advisory conversations intended to help you understand pricing, options and membership recommendations. No legal, financial or structural engineering advice is provided. Recommendations are based on the information you supply and may change if project details, measurements or goals change.
Scheduling a consultation does not obligate you to become a member.
5. Insider Pricing and Product Information
Insider pricing is based on relationships with distributors, vendors and industry partners and may vary by product line, availability and region. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All descriptions, savings examples, product images or comparisons on this website are for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as guarantees of price or performance.
6. No Retail or Contracting Responsibility
Home Improvement Buying Club provides online buying support. Local showroom partners provide kitchen design and pricing. Home Improvement Buying Club does not perform installation, contracting or construction work. Any contractors, installers or service providers you work with are independent and are not employed, managed or controlled by Home Improvement Buying Club.
We are not responsible for contractor performance, timelines, workmanship, warranties or interactions between you and any third party provider.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to access confidential pricing information without an active membership. You agree not to copy, share or distribute proprietary access or membership materials or internal content.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete and that you will not submit false, misleading or harmful information through forms or through membership communications.
8. Communications and Consent
By submitting your information, requesting a consultation or becoming a member, you consent to receiving calls, texts and emails necessary to provide appointment reminders, service updates, membership information or required notifications. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site including logos, text, graphics, videos, guides, training materials is the property of Home Improvement Buying Club and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

All information provided through this website, consultations or membership resources is offered for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, savings or product availability. You are encouraged to directly verify details with your contractor, designer or supplier.
12. Payment and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied and have not placed any orders, request a full membership refund within 30 days of joining by emailing [email protected]. This offer covers the membership fee, not product orders. Review the independent supplier’s applicable terms before placing any product order.
If you cancel your membership, access to insider pricing and internal resources will end immediately.
13. Third Party Links
This site may include links to suppliers, vendors or third party tools. We are not responsible for content, privacy practices, policies or performance of any third party.
14. Modification of Terms
