Membership pricing & the 30-day refund
Gold membership is $4,995 for Year 1. Beginning in Year 2, the $495 annual renewal is optional and purchased separately; there is no automatic subscription or auto-charge. It is a separate choice from your free initial review. If you join and are dissatisfied, request a full membership refund within 30 days, provided you have placed no orders. Products are purchased separately.

Do I have to join before requesting a design?
No. Your initial review is free. You can request a kitchen design before joining; we confirm the independent showroom’s designer availability and no-charge scope. Membership is a separate decision.
Who designs my kitchen and provides the quote?
An independent showroom team handles design and product pricing. HIBC coordinates your next step and helps verify member pricing. HIBC does not add a product markup.
Can you help if I already have a cabinet quote?
Yes. Bring your itemized quote, door style, wood species, finish and appliance specifications. Comparing like-for-like details helps you understand the complete cost rather than a headline price.
Can I see real samples before deciding?
Ask about the independent showroom options near your project. We confirm the venue, availability and instructions before you travel. Your showroom can explain samples, displays and any take-home sample arrangements.
What about installation?
Showrooms may have local installer lists available to members. You select and contract with installers independently. Verify applicable licensing, insurance, a written scope and references. HIBC does not guarantee an installer’s craftsmanship.
