Baltimore City’s permit code requires authorization for covered alterations and regulated equipment work. Add delivery access, demolition, installation, trade work, taxes and membership to the price comparison. Require changes and substitutions in writing, and confirm who receives products and handles missing or damaged pieces.

No. Confirm the authority for the property’s actual address. HIBC serves the region online, but a shared metro name does not create a shared permit process. We can begin with your buying priorities while your local professionals clarify construction requirements.
